The System Build is a scoped implementation engagement. Based on your diagnostic, we identify which stages are broken or missing and build exactly those components — nothing more. The scope is defined by the diagnostic, not by an assumptions-based pitch.

We work sequentially through the framework. We don't build Stage 3 attract systems while Stage 1 positioning is unresolved. Infrastructure before activity — always.
